LabVIEW RT Execution Trace Tookit is being deprecated so remove most code from trace_ni_ett_marker implementation and just keep enough to not break existing VIs. Signed-off-by: Chaitanya Vadrevu <chaitanya.vadrevu@emerson.com>

New log appears in Real-Time Trace Viewer but it is empty and shows no tasks or events.
