Hello! I'm Nikeisha 👋

I'm a researcher and bioinformatician working at Bio21 in Melbourne 💻

I work on multi-omic bioinformatic analysis of quantitative ‘omics methodologies including proteomics, metabolomics and transcriptomics. I am currently developing pipelines and web-based tools for processing and communicating multi-omic datasets, focussing on mitochondrial and rare diseases.
