endpoint is

Accepts all requests
Requests are validated for empty and nulls
Request are authenticated by a checksum validation, assuming client has a private key

processing of transaction, debit /credit and checksum validation not implemented

Notifications are sent to recipient. This is synchronous when sending to sms gateway url
Callback are sent to Partner, This is asynchronous.
