I wouldn't leave that as strikethrough. Rather, we should arguably list the three different ways that Delta can be installed now. The App Store, AltStore PAL, and sideloaded through vanilla AltStore.

I would like it to be made clear that Delta is now available on the app store for anyone who doesn't already know.
