## Summary - replace the dead Evmos RPC with the currently responsive Polkachu endpoint so root updates can resume - Evmos recovery users have been blocked for 1.5+ years because infrastructure is still pointed at offline RPCs ## Context - The recovery bridge stopped updating after the last Evmos root on 2024-03-06 despite later dispatch events. - Prior PR nomad-xyz#60 proposed `https://evmos.lava.build`, but that RPC has been offline for months. `https://evmosevm-rpc.polkachu.com` is presently serving historical data and live blocks.
