TrodesExtractionGUI - Full Release

This is a Matlab GUI that helps setup and run an extraction of raw Trodes data into binary files.

• Allows customization of extraction steps and order
• Saving and loading extraction paths
• Includes a GUI for editing Trodes config files and extracting data using the new config
• Can be run on any number of recording directories
  Written with Matlab_R2015a (should be compatible with newer and older versions - untested)

Can download the whole repository or just the release zip that contains only the essential code.

Help menu's not working, and program does not yet check extraction paths for validity. Invalid paths can result in badly labelled extracted data or failure to properly extract data.

TrodesConf_EditorGUI

GUI for taking an existing Trodes config file and editing it to create a new Trodes config. Allows editing of tetrode properties such as LFP channel, Reference Tetrode and Channel, and spike threshold for each tetrode.

To Run, simple unzip the RN_TrodesConfig_Editor-v1.1.zip directory and add it to your matlab path. Then run RN_customizeTrodesConfig(). The first prompt will allow you to choose an existing .trodesconf file and then you set the file to save to.
