[14.0][IMP] update copier template

Summary

Bump copier template gh:oca/oca-addons-repo-template from v1.39 to v1.40.

Split into 4 commits (per Odoo git guidelines: one commit per module):

1. [IMP] update copier template — root files (.copier-answers.yml, .pre-commit-config.yaml, removed obsolete .t2d.yml)
2. [REF] connector_woocommerce: update copier template — README regenerated
3. [REF] connector_woocommerce_wpml: update copier template — README regenerated
4. [REF] connector_wordpress_wpml: update copier template — README regenerated

Template changes between v1.39 and v1.40:

• New obsolete dotfiles pre-commit hook flagging .travis.yml, .t2d.yml, CONTRIBUTING.md
• .t2d.yml removed from this repo (now flagged obsolete)

Test plan

• pre-commit run -a passes on every commit
• CI green
