Complete rewrite from Python to Javascript, using the new bun runtime. Unlike the Python version which only worked on the Kitty terminal, this version only works on iTerm2. Working on finding a way to stream images to the terminal that work with all image-capable terminals (iTerm2, Kitty and VS Code.)
