DPS prov-meta 1.0 CSD 01-RC1 Pre-release

As input to the TC Admin process the attached zip file contains the artifacts that together form CSD 01 RC1. The markdown version of the specification is designated as authoritative.

The following artifacts are made available:

The platform (GitHub) adds the complete repository content of the version tag as zip and gzip compressed archive with link labels starting as Source Code.

The motion was approved during the TC meeting on 2026-04-07.
