Project Phoenix Smart security camera using open cv

With this release i rewrote project Phoenix's entire codebase from scratch to expand it's capabilities and to give room for improvement.
Under the hood we now have four new frames with each having it's own unique usage. Phoenix can now be used for realtime motion detection effortlessly and without supervision , it will automatically start recording once it detects motion and then create a log of when and person enters and exit's the frame, it work's even better in real life.
Note: before running the program the camera should be facing a still scene without motion so as to prevent it from picking up wrong objects,i will try to resolve this in upcoming releases.
