The original installation instructions now fail due to dependency issues, therefore in the
envfolder, I provide complete .yaml file and updated apptainer creation, which has not worked before due to the dependancy issues mentioned above.Furthermore, I added code that allows one to run screening in batch mode.
Relevant updates were done to the Readme file to reflect the changes - but none are breaking or changing the previous bahaviour - rather it is fixing it.
