Examples are now OK in IEs, minor typo fixes, HTML5

Change summary:

• Examples are now OK in IEs. Have to add library code into repository. Not possible to solve w/o doing it.
• Removed duplicate index page under /doT/, added redirect instead.
• Added title to homepage.
• Fixed typo at homepage.
• Removed extra markup not required for HTML5.

This request includes code from #1 and #3 since I've noticed existence of these requests too late.

Thanks. Redirect should be the other way though. From home to /doT, I will eventually put more projects in github so home page should not be tied to doT.
