Some classes defined in our tailwind config are being filtered out by
tailwind-mergebecause we haven't defined a custom config. This PR defines that config and updates ourcnutility.I still need to go through and make sure this doesn't break anything. Also need to decide whether we want to consolidate with the
cxutility from Intent UI.
