Add ability to update plugins when newer versions are available: - Track AvailableVersion and HasUpdate fields in PluginState - Add 'U' key binding to select plugins for update - Show "↑" indicator in list for plugins with available updates - Show version transition in details (e.g., "1.0 → 2.0 available") - Add OpUpdate operation type and handle in execution flow - Updates are implemented as reinstall at same scope [#2]
