Hi @RunlinZheng. Many thanks for your submission! Could you please provide your template file and the csv data you used with the ORD web interface enumerator. The easiest way to do this is to zip them into an archive, and then attach the archive to a message here. Alternatively, send us an email to help@open-reaction-database.org with the files.

We'll use them to do our reviews, and let you know if there are any modifications we recommend are made to the template and/or csv data, before it is published into the ORD.

Hi @RunlinZheng thank for you the files. It looks like you have included the csv file, and the enumerated dataset in pbtxt format. Do you also have the template? It would be the pbtxt file which you have edited to add $column_name$ labels in a text editor. This will be useful to have since we can check which data columns (from the csv) are being used, and how they are recorded in the schema.

If possible, I'd also like to meet online to learn more about this dataset, and put the dataset in context before I start a full pre-publication review. If you can spare the time for this, you can book a meeting from Ben Deadman Bookings, or send us an email via help@open-reaction-database.org.

Hi @RunlinZheng. I'm doing some housekeeping and saw that we still had this PR open. I think we met about this back in April and I gave your colleagues some guidance on how to align your data format more closely to ORD.

I think I'm waiting for the next iteration of the dataset from your colleagues, but please let me know if you are waiting for something from me. Also let me know if you need some more support to progress this - we can always set up a shared group in the new ORD reaction editor to collaborate on the data template.
