Rename resolved_schema_uri to resolved_registry_uri

Based on feedback in open-telemetry/opentelemetry-specification#4815

now: schemaUrl -> manifest -> registry
before: schemaUrl -> manifest -> schema

We still support resolved_schema_uri as input during deserialization and as CLI ard, with a warning
