Some pulsar topics will have different message types and a large throughput of messages, this change will allow you to filter based on the property values of a message.
It works by defining the properties you want to filter on
And the selecting them from a multi select drop down filter
If no filters are selected every message will be displayed.
It will attempt to match on each filter selected so multiple message types can be shown.
