Inc VAT vs Excl VAT

Based on comments on homepage, have discovered that simply setting Apply no rule to Base Price (instead of your VAT rules) causes the custom price being entered to also have no VAT applied at checkout.

May not be useful in all scenarios although works in many other such as custom value gift cards.
