This PR adds GitHub Codespaces support to the project, eliminating the need for developers to install Python and required packages on their local computer.
./.devcotainer/devcontainer.jsonconfigures the Codespace with Python and all required packages pre-installed.main.pyupdated to capture the dynamic URI for the local preview if and when a Codespace is used (otherwise falls back onlocalhost:5003README.mdupdated with specific instructions for developing plugins in Codespaces.
