Make sure to be logged in to DCF (if so, the DCF login button in the main menu should appear as disabled)
Make sure you have valid DCF credentials. If you already have them, check if the password is expired by logging in to the DCF website. If so, change the DCF password and then retry to log in with the EFSA catalogues browser using the new password.
Probably there is a proxy issue. Check this to fix it.
Make sure you have the correct version of the application according to your machine architecture. In particular, download the 32 bit version if your PC is 32 bit, otherwise download the 64 bit version.
Currently we support only Windows OS but since the tool is based on java it may be possible to run it under your own responsibility.
This type of problem usually occurs when using multiple displays. To solve the problem, close the catalogue browser and click on Tools - Fix multiple screens issue. Please note that this feature is available from version 1.2.8.
