`@openeudi/openid4vp@0.3.0` shipped mDOC COSE/MSO/digest crypto verification. To keep the two packages in lockstep for dependents, `@openeudi/core` jumps 0.2.0 → 0.3.0 with no functional changes.
Why skip 0.2.x
Workstream B chose 0.3.0 as the synced version. Subsequent workstream A2+A3 (DCQL + HAIP) will ship as 0.4.0 for both packages.
