Version-sync only. Paired with `@openeudi/openid4vp@0.6.0` and `@openeudi/dcql@0.2.0`. No code changes.
Per the synchronized-versioning rule established in 0.2.0, all three `@openeudi/*` packages bump minor versions together even when only one has real changes.
