Summary

  • update dotnet credentials to parse apiTokenIssuer into a full token URL
  • allow OAuth2Client to use configurable token endpoint
  • update dotnet tests for new issuer behaviour
  • parse issuer in JS credentials and use to call token endpoint
  • adjust JS tests and nocks helpers

Testing

  • make test-client-dotnet (fails: docker not found)
  • make test-client-js (fails: docker not found)
