1. Created ProjectUtil class to determine current context project 2. Modified LocalEmbeddingService to only index the current project instead of all open projects 3. Updated service start method to accept project parameter
Add proper spacing around parentheses in type casting and ternary operator expressions for better readability and code style consistency.
