The badge for docs build reports a failure as the LaTeX pdf build fails (even though the html build is working).
LaTeX build does not support the following.
doc/source/index.rst contains URL linked DESY logos from SVG file.
doc/source/user_guide/dependencies.rst contains emojis.
Does not test build of PDF in branches so this is not tested in readthedocs until we pull into main.
Note that while RTD can build the pdf using images from URLs, locally I could not.
