In addition to the couple of specific field-level comments, there's one other thing. Can you edit the filename to 'in-ita.json' please?
You may also want to change the code and filename to in-trn if you agree with my naming suggestion.
Also - do you have any examples of Trust registration numbers at all? I have questions about whether they really are issued at a national level or whether there is State/Provincial involvement. For example, I found: https://charity.maharashtra.gov.in:8060/knowyourtrust.aspx. But maybe a Charitable Trust is different from the types of trust set up under the ITA.
I think we need to have some certainty that there is national oversight and management of these Trust registration numbers before publishing this list. What do you think @IsabelBirds?

You can set "confirmed" to true. (The PR review process does the job of blocking the list from publication until approved. )
