- Fix some small glitch from previous patches
- Update documentation in the README
- Prepare the CHANGELOG
- Update the list of contributors
Use a fileTime instead of uniformTimestamp to store the creation time of files. Fix dumpSettings() to use the current time when the file time is zero.
It did not overwrite the default or value of the config file
