Redesigned the entire website to match the new "Cyberpunk / Glitch" design system.
Changes:
Visuals: Added neon glow effects, glitch animations, and a dark "void" theme.
Tech Stack: Migrated from CDN to a local Tailwind CSS v4 installation for better performance.
Components: Updated Navbar, Hero, and all sections with new "chamfered" (cut corner) styling and fresh typography.
Fixes: Corrected the GitHub repository link in the Hero and Navbar.
