Utilise $PGCON_BANO pour configurer imposm.

imposm.config sert dans d'autres scripts. Si tu veux le vider il faut assurer la non-regression pas uniquement dans le chargement initial

Le but n'est pas de vider le imposm.config, mais c'est vrais qu'il ne reste plus grand chose.

J'ai modifier le PR pour inclure cron_osm.sh.
