Transparency Tools

  • Audit trail (every edit is logged, visible).

  • Trust score / credibility indicator per update.

Public Dashboard

  • Search by municipality, project type, contractor.

  • Filter by ongoing/completed/abandoned.

  • Map view for geolocation.

Citizen Feedback

  • Users can comment, flag irregularities, or confirm completion.

๐Ÿ”น Stretch Features (Post-MVP / V2)

  • Govt Integration โ€“ Official municipality logins to directly update data.

  • Nagarik App / ID Verification โ€“ Optional for contributors/fact-checkers.

  • Social Media Sharing โ€“ To increase visibility.

  • Donation / Contribution Option โ€“ Citizens directly support projects. (also show how much and the name of the person if permitted, and how it is being spent)

  • AI Assistance โ€“ Auto-flagging suspicious or duplicate data.

๐Ÿ‘‰ The MVP should start with infrastructure & development projects only (roads, bridges, toilets, schools, hospitals, parks). ๐Ÿ‘‰ Data gathering begins with scraping public government sites + crowdsourced reports, then building fact-check workflows on top.
