This repo includes files linked to on the internet. Moved jquery to js folder. Local links that work have been refactored. The file that I am having an issue with is js/tasks-vision.js. This is a module and does not like to run locally. It links to two other files js/wasm/vision_wasm_internal.js and js/wasm/vision_wasm_internal.wasm
