Since the user can select their own json library we should make the Jason dependency optional. If not Jason will always be pulled in even if the user uses a different dependency for json encoding/decoding.

Since the user can select their own json library we should make the Jason dependency optional.
If not Jason will always be pulled in even if the user uses a different dependency for json encoding/decoding.
