Quick fix for broken individual skill downloads in
api/download/[type]/[provider]/[id].js..cursor/skills/<id>/SKILL.md.codex/skills/<id>/SKILL.mdAlso added a short FAQ note in
public/index.htmlthat.codexis hidden in macOS Finder (Cmd + Shift + .), sincethat made the Codex download look empty.
