better management of input files, some cleaning (less warning), use the latest version of antioch/planet, I've fixed a bug in the photon flux patch.
Don't worry about the latter though, it's all until I fix this photochemistry stuff in Antioch/master, then I'll rebranch from it to use a clean branched planet version of Antioch.
