Updated the Makefile to allow installing headers and libraries and the building of samples independently. Working towards some C Ruby bindings to these libraries, and installing them will be essential.
The "Creating your own project within the samples directory" portion of this guide http://www.pcduino.com/chapter-3-c-language-and-arduino-type-ide-for-pcduino/ is bad practice, so working towards a better C API and documentation.
