BREAKING CHANGE: The core team has not used this output in a very long time, and it adds a tremendous number of dependencies. We recommend anyone who needs email output use a regular output generator and send the emails themselves. If you really needed this generator please email team@pelias.io, it's possible we could add it as an extension package or find another solution with shared maintenance. We will likely be investigating ways to remove or otherwise slim down dependencies in other Pelias packages, in light of the increase in package compromises happening these days.

This was only used for email templates and should have been removed with #232
