Do we need to include the test .c files (e.g. rade_ber_test.c) in this list as well?

@peterbmarks - I don't think we were quite ready for merge 😄 But that's OK, we can re-open for some extra tweaks. Usually we seek consent between the reviewers and authors before pressing the big green button. |
