Make plugins work

Closes #131

This bumps the wine and alpine version. Wine is now grabbed from the alpine registry. All of the changes were taken with permission from https://github.com/sonny-tel/northstar-dedicated.

The wine patches here are no longer used due to plugins possibly using some disabled modules, which causes the image size to be just over 1GB.

• xvfb needs to go, and nswrap needs to be updated correspondingly (to the one in nsdockerwine2)
• the explorer patch at the minimum will be mandatory after getting rid of xvfb
• at least bring back the wineprefix symlinking to halve the size
