…ed callbacks to fired once. Expanded the configure method to include specifying callbacks for all the success/error events that can come from the hardware card reader

Updated CardFlight libraries to 1.6.3 which included some API naming convention tweaks by CardFlight and support for iPhone 6 compatible binaries (needed 64 bit I believe).
