Known Issue: The Molex connectors could not align up well, so the FFC wire will need some bend. will fix that later.
Recommend Manufacturing Parameters: 1.6mm thickness FR-4 PCB, Gold-Plated soldering pad (if possible).

Fully functional case model

从本版本开始外壳已经测试并可以打印使用

打印工艺设置:

• 使用默认0.2mm层高工艺
• 不需要支撑
• 上盖斜45度顶面向下打印
• 中央卡扣顶面向下打印

变化:

• 外壳改为无螺丝连接
• 移除外壳上的安装引导文字
• 全新的上盖和连接方式
• 不再兼容大多数定位板

已知问题:

• 卡口链接件耐用性不佳
• 使用PETG材料打印公差过小
• 脚撑使用耗材丝连接，安装及其困难
• 整体Z轴方向限位过少，易发出异响

TODO:

• 优化公差
• 移除耗材丝连接，使用滑轨连接脚撑同时卡住上盖
• 预计是大改，下版会迭代为rev4
