Updates the stubs for 2.9.22 which has some types improvements.
I've also added some overrides for common helper functions that are documented incorrectly in the plugin:
rgarg/rgargsThe default parameter can acceptmixed, same as the return typergget/rgpostCan return anarraywhen working with input groupsThe function map code was lifted from the ACF repository.
