This is the number used by the Gene Ontology, Uberon and other ontologies.
Since the plan is for them to have these terms in the Clade Ontology.

This PR includes the phylogenies transcribed by Anna so far. We rename all individual clade Phyx files from "REGNUM_" to "CLADO_", using the regnum ID as the identifier of the clade definition.
