Update all the am62l sources according to the phyCORE to phyFLEX renaming which is complete in all parts of the BSP sources. Leave the compatible BSP section blank for now. ALPHA1/2 are not compatible with the full manual and have their own quick start guide. Signed-off-by: Dominik Haller <d.haller@phytec.de>

Merge all the phyCORE->phyFLEX renaming that happened with the recent kernel/u-boot bumps.
AM62L now follows our FPSC naming spec.
