Here is assignment 2.
Like assignment 3, I have had everything but the bank statement part of assignment 2 done for a long time. I have your version of the bank statement (from lecture 4 demonstration) in this file, but I'd hoped I would have time to try to figure it out myself before turning this in. Alas, I could not catch up.
