This PR updates the behaviour of dropdowns for single- vs multi- select.
When opening a single-select dropdown, instead of hoisting the selection to the top, the container is now scrolled down to the selection.
When opening multi-select dropdowns, all selections are hoisted to the top (no change from
rc1behaviour).
