This PR addresses some feedback around the slider:

  • Fixes bug where too many marks could be autogenerated for large slider values
  • Adds a css class to marks/dots which fall outside the selected range
  • Updates CSS styles accordingly + adds a focus outline around the active thumb.

Fixes #3512
