hs-asapo - Haskell bindings to ASAP:O

These are bindings for DESY’s ASAP:O, a middleware platform for high-performance data analysis.

Documentation is on hackage.

All functions exposd by the ASAP:O C interface are supported, with varying levels of testedness.

Tested with asapo-25.03.0 and ghc-9.8.
