Steps taken:
- Downgraded firmware on Logitech receiver using
fwupdmgr downgrade {device id} - Updated fwupd using the apt command in the pop/scripts folder.
- Rebooted the system
- Used firmware-manager to upgrade the receiver.
No errors encountered on my gaze15. If there are any other tests required, or if more hardware needs testing, feel free to suggest them. If not I think its ready to be approved.

I was able to upgrade thelio-io firmware normally with this update, and IO behaved normally afterwards. If that is the only point of concern, then I think it's looking good.
