The Moose Notebooks (.ipynb files) are very useful for learning how MOOSE can be used for biophysical and biochemical simulations. They are ideal for getting the basic hang of this simulation environment.
CHINTA PROJECTS - Contains the Jupyter Notebooks on the three simulations carried out on models to understand propagation of signals along a cylindrical dendrite and validate Rall's Hypothesis
CA1 Pyramidal - A project to prove and validate the presence of A type Potassium Channels in distal regions of dendrites in hippocampal CA1 Pyramidal Neurons which prevent Action Potentials from back propagating into the denrites.
