rename unk6d9, unk6E8, unk6F0, unk6F2, unk6F4, and unk749 in pinball game.
rename sub_1C7F4 to reflect it's function and rename an arg as well.
add data for pointer arrays ad 0x86AD000 to 0x86AD170
